General Information

Villa La Viña is owned and managed by sisters, Nina Downes and Lin Cordoray. We cater for the independent traveller and understand that you have chosen to book a holiday of this type and will respect your privacy.

We will meet you on arrival to take you to your accommodation and will be contactable by telephone throughout your stay should you need us.

Villa La Viña is set in an idyllic, countryside location with an elevated position enjoying panoramic views. This fantastic location is reached via a short, unsurfaced mountain road.

For stays of more than seven nights we will provide you with a change of bed linen and clean towels. Please bring your own towels for use at the beach and pool. We can also supply high chairs and cots free of charge but please bring your own cot linen. Maid service can be provided at an extra cost if requested.

To make sure you start your holiday as soon as you arrive, we provide a complimentary welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, water and a bottle of local wine.

The rental price includes gas and electricity.

The accommodation price quoted is for Villa La Viña per week not per person.

About Nina & Lin

After a thirteen year career in the charity sector, Nina and her family left London to settle in Cómpeta. She is trustee and founder of the British registered charity Action For Animals as well as a writer and performer for local comedy group, Axarcomedy. Action For Animals Action For Animals - a registered charity preventing cruelty and promoting kindness to animals in need. http://www.actionforanimals.org Lin worked as an actress and Casting Director in the television industry for over 20 years and now works at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art.
